Campo-Bello NB (strikes on front and back) to Fredericton with manuscript “On Service / Money Letter” and rated “9” through St John NB; and 1866 Saint John NB to Kingston NB (nice datestamps on back) with red handstamp “REGISTERED / LETTER – No.”, franked with two 5c green Queen Victoria adhesives (perf toning) tied by an oval grid.
