Mailed from Vancouver on MAY.26.1931, arrived Barranquilla on JUN.3 and Girardot on same day (receiver on back). There is a Canal Zone stamp at left, uncancelled even though mail would have gone through via Canal Zone. A very fine and scarce cover. Estimate C$300.

The stamp has a small filled-in thin, still a lovely and very fine appearing example of this sought after first stamp of Vancouver Island.
