The cover was uprated with a single 6c QV Numeral to pay for the 2c Imperial Penny Postage rate plus the 5c registration fee. Combinations or uprating were necessary to pay this rate until the 7c Numeral was issued in December 1902. Very fine and ex Horace Harrison (2000) and Don Shorting. Estimate C$750.
