Accompanied by a 1970 Philatelic Foundation certificate and a 2016 Greene Foundation certificate, both stating “tiny thin at top right corner.” A true rarity with fewer than twenty or so unused examples recorded. Unitrade $18,000, sold for C$18,000 plus buyer’s premium.

There is a crease in lower right corner, visible from the back only, fine. A true Canadian rarity, missing from most advanced mint collections and accompanied by a 2015 Greene Foundation certificate. Four large margins, close at bottom and light stain in top right margin mentioned for the record and not mentioned in the certificates. Very fine and accompanied by a 2002 Behr certificate and a 2003 Fédération Québecoise de Philatélie certificate. Unitrade CV$9,000.
