Lot 334, Newfoundland 1910 one cent deep green King James I VF NH complete sheet of 100, sold for C$1,521Lot 334 Newfoundland #87, etc. 1910 1c Deep Green King James I, Perforated 12 x 11, a mint never hinged complete sheet of 100, with full selvedge all around. A brief examination of the sheet revealed many printing varieties, both listed and unlisted, and so this sheet is ideal for any enthusiast of this issue, as many of the unlisted varieties we saw are quite prominent. The sheet has been folded in a few places horizontally, and the middle row has separation between two stamps at each end. There is also a bit of selvedge separation which does not detract from the fresh and very fine attributes of this sheet. Catalogue value is for 100 very fine stamps, not counting any premiums for the varieties. Unitrade CV$900, sold for C$1,300.00 plus 17% buyer’s premium.
