Stamps are tied by dotted circular cork cancels in black and there are several other postmarks in red, including a London transit datestamp dated AUG.11.1865, a New York Packet Paid cds, a “48” rate handstamp and a postmark with “..supplementary…”. A very nice item. Estimate $1,000, sold for $850 plus buyer’s premium.
