Lot 296 Canada #159 1929 $1 olive green Parliament, mint never hinged, perfectly centered amongst four balanced margins, with fresh colour and extremely fine. A most desirable stamp which is accompanied by a 2015 Greene Foundation certificate plus a photocopy of a 2007 Philatelic Foundation certificate showing a block of four from which this gem comes from. Unitrade CV$900, sold for $725 plus buyer’s premium.

Lot 374 Canada #CL2 1924 First Flight Haileybury to Rouyn mailed Haileybury on OCT.11.1924 and addressed to Rouyn Que, crossed-out and re-directed to Philadelphia USA. Back has a CL2 cancelled by Haileybury c.d.s. and Rouyn Lake broken circle free strikes dated OCT.24.1924. File folds, tears and pencil writing, else mostly fine. Lot 1751 Papua New Guinea Collection of 200 Mint and Used KGVI era, neatly displayed in two and a half filled double-sided black stock sheets. Mix of mint and used (those mostly with nice c.d.s. cancels). Overall very fine. Scott CV$2,650, sold for $700 plus buyer’s premium.
