Missing stamps are not always necessarily high values (some are) and we note that by far the area missing the most stamps are the Indian States. We noted some mint issues, often dues. Owner counted 4,173 different stamps in all, and we note a high degree of quality here, with many having clean c.d.s. cancels, and a huge catalogue value. Inspect to better appreciate. Estimate $1,000, sold for C$3,400.00 plus 17% buyer’s premium.
