Lot 351 Canada #1376cb 1995 $2 Provincial Normal School with Inscriptions Inverted. Mint never hinged and with selvedge at right. With only 70 known examples this is about 5 times rarer than the Inverted Seaway. An opportunity to acquire an important and very rare error.
