Lot 575 Canada #E3 Collection of 73 E3 Special Delivery Franked Covers, 1927-1939, plus a few later, all franked with the E3 Special Delivery issue (plus a variety of other regular stamps). We note a great variety of material, including airmail (some of those with Airmail stamps), first flights, Royal Train covers, couple of E3 single frankings, cross border, postage due, corner card, a C4 FDC, etc., as well as good postmark interest, noting smaller towns, duplex and much more. We counted seven oversize covers, one front and some that have creases, opening or other faults, etc., still overall very fine and a great lot for the special delivery collector or dealer. Estimate C$250, sold for C$1,000.00 plus 17% buyer’s premium.
