Lot 360 Great Britain #O10 1885 brown violet £1 Queen Victoria, Overprinted “I. R. OFFICIAL”, unused (no gum) and well centered. Accompanied by a 2016 P.T.S. Expertizing (Surrey, GB) certificate stating “thin at bottom left, diagonal crease on letter “F” top right corner, stained and soiled”. Two small ownership handstamps on back.
