A lovely stamp, with ample margins all around and extremely fine. Accompanied by a 1994 Greene Foundation certificate. Unitrade CV $9,000, sold for $5,200 plus 17% buyer’s premium.

Lot 93 Canada #16i 1859 10c chocolate brown Consort, Perforated 12 x 12.2, used with a crisp 4-ring numeral cancel (likely #27 from Ottawa), with rich colour and very nicely centred. A lovely appearing stamp, accompanied by a (pink) 2019 Greene Foundation certificate stating “reperforated to 12.2 at bottom, 12.0 at top, with several perforation holes on each side (right and left) enhanced.” Unitrade CV$8,500.
