Lot 41 Canada #14b 1859 1c rose Queen Victoria, perforated 11¾, with margin clear of the design at right and well clear of the outer frameline on three sides. An ideal socked on the nose broken circle of Montreal/PM/MR 27/65/C.E. makes this an appealing example. Collector has identified this as printing 18 and state 5 of the plate. Fine-very fine.
