A lovely example of this stamp, with only 300 having been surcharged, of which 100 were used on cover and probably very few of the remaining 200 are this fresh and especially never hinged. Accompanied by a 2013 Greene Foundation certificate stating that it is from position 3 (lower left) of the overprint setting. Unitrade CV$18,000.

A lovely stamp with bright, fresh colour, very fine. Accompanied by a 1989 Greene Foundation certificate stating “thin at bottom and stain at lower right”.
