This is the better and scarcer black (mourning) cover, with the 10r stamp being sound (white area below it is a white area for affixing the stamp), very fine, rare and highly sought after. Rsv. Franked with a 10d blue Cartier imperforate, with strong re-entry from position 53, with close to large margins, just touching at bottom left and showing next stamp at top.
