A fresh stamp and very fine. Accompanied by a 1963 R.P.S.L. certificate for a block of four, from which this was the lower right stamp. A scarce never hinged stamp. Unitrade CV$2,400, sold for C$2,000.00 plus 15% buyer’s premium.

Accompanied by a 2019 Greene Foundation certificate. Catalogue value is for a “normal” #39 and does not take into consideration the rarity of mint stamps from the First Ottawa printing.
