Lot 455 Vancouver Island #5 1865 5c rose Queen Victoria Block of Four, with sheet margin at right. Mint, with full original hinged gum (tiny bit disturbed, as usual). Tiny corner perf crease at bottom left mentioned for accuracy, else a rare block in this fresh condition, ex. Gawaine Baillie and illustrated in the Wellburn handbook on page 86. Lot 63 Canada #30c 1868 15c deep violet Large Queen on Very Thick Paper, unused (regummed) with nice colour and very fine centered. One perf tip at top is lightly feathered for the record, still a rare mint stamp and accompanied by a 2014 Richard Gratton AIEP certificate. Unitrade CV$6,000.
